The front desk staff was really helpful! They helped accommodate my stay as I am under 21. We were able to work around it and that was super helpful! The rooms were clean and soap smelled nice. WiFi worked great and overall I am so happy I stayed at Best Western!

very very good. variety! great coffee machine. 24 hrs., also cappuccino, but get ride of the ants on counter. Great style on furnishing and colours.

The bedding was extremely comfortable and clean. We were very happy with the channels available on cable and the availability of desk workers. There were a couple times that we called for new towels or linen and the staff was very quick to supply the replacements. (Bathtub was also big enough for two people to fit)

The breakfast was great. The food was fresh and kept warm and staff was available at all times, so nothing ran out. There was plenty of seating area and you didn't feel rushed at all.

Front desk fellow was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, the bed comfortable, large television. Response was quick and efficient when we informed the front desk that the toilet seat was loose.

Had asked for early admittance a week in advance with no response from hotel. When we arrived could not get admittance to rooms until normal 3 PM time.
